We hire people who work to a standard, not people who fill a seat

There are no named openings listed right now. That does not mean we are not hiring: most of the people on this team sent their work before anything was advertised, and the door stays open to anybody whose work speaks for them.

How we work

The agency is small relative to the work it delivers, which means everyone here holds real work from their first week. There is no stretch of sitting and watching.

That runs both ways: nobody is judged on hours at a desk, and everybody owns something with their name on it that they answer for in front of the client.

  • Work is measured by what it did for the client, not by hours logged
  • Every significant decision gets its reason written down, so whoever comes next understands it
  • We review each other's work, and nothing ships without a second pair of eyes
  • When something breaks, we say it broke. An agency that hides a mistake repeats it

The disciplines we work in

If your work sits in one of these and you think it deserves a look, send it.

  • Web and e-commerce development
  • Interface design and UX
  • Search and content
  • Paid advertising and ad account management
  • Social media management and content production
  • Film, editing and AI production
  • Project management and client work

What actually counts in an application

We do not read the CV first. We open the work.

Send three things you have actually worked on, and two lines on each: what the problem in front of you was, and what specifically you did about it. That second part is the part we read, because good work can be team work, and the decision you made is the thing that tells us something.

If you are early and have no client work, send a personal project. It makes no difference to us.

How applying goes

  • You send your work by email, and everybody gets a reply within a week
  • If it is close to what we are looking for, there is a half-hour call
  • Then a short task resembling real work, paid. Not a free challenge
  • Then a clear answer either way. Nobody is left without one

Send your work

By email, with three things you have worked on and two lines on your part in each. If the timing is wrong now, the message stays with us.
