What this site collects, and who sees it

This page describes what actually happens on this site rather than a general policy copied from somewhere. If the site changes, this page changes with it.

What we collect

Two forms on this site collect anything at all: the contact form and the free review request. Both ask for the same things.

  • Your name
  • Your email or your phone number, at least one, so we can reply
  • Your message, if you write one
  • The page you were on when you sent it, so we know what you are asking about

What we do not collect

This site carries no tracking tools. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, and no third-party script watching how you move through the pages.

Which means we do not know who you are or where you came from unless you write to us yourself.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie, win_admin_session, and only when somebody on our team signs into the dashboard. If you are an ordinary visitor, this site sets no cookie on your device at all.

One more, NEXT_LOCALE, is set if you switch the site's language, so that choice survives to your next visit. It has nothing to do with tracking, and you can clear it from your browser settings whenever you like.

Where it goes

What you send is stored in this site's own database first, then forwarded to our client management system at crm.winmarketagency.com.

That order is deliberate: if the second system is down, your message is not lost. Nobody outside the agency's team can open either of them.

What we use it for

One thing: replying to you and talking about what you sent.

  • We do not sell or rent your details to anybody
  • We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for
  • We do not use your number in advertising or upload it to any ad platform

How long we keep it

An enquiry that no longer serves a purpose is deleted. If you want your details removed now, email us and we will remove them and confirm that we have.

Services off this site

The WhatsApp button takes you into WhatsApp, and anything you send from there is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy rather than ours.

The same goes for the Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok links in the footer: those are other companies' sites, with their own policies.

Your rights

Any of those is handled through one email, and answered within a week.

  • Ask for a copy of what we hold about you
  • Ask for anything incorrect to be fixed
  • Ask for your details to be deleted entirely
  • Withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time

A question about your data?

Write to us and we will answer. And if you want everything deleted, say so and we will do it and send you confirmation.
